Royal Park Hotel

I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years - it's always my first pick when I'm in Almaty. The staff is attentive, friendly and warm, the breakfasts are always ample and delicious. I would like to especially distinguish the kitchen staff - they work long hours, but are always very sweet and warm. My family and I are very grateful that the restaurant onsite serves foot any time of day - and the food is always top-notch and reasonably priced. The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient - thank you!

This hotel is near to the Almaty International airport , probably a good choice for weary travellers or for those came back from long travel outside almaty and ready to fly back to their country of origin. Clean. Friendly staff(the concierge Violetta with excellent english helped my friends and I to procure concert tickets at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts). And provide transport from hotel to airport for only 4000tenge as of 20th Nov 2024). Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable hotel!

Very clean, quiet, well set up room. Good shower and block out curtains. Exactly as described / photos. Helpful & friendly staff Used for sleep for 8 hour stopover Airport shuttle transfer organised, but for unclear reasons driver was not there to collect me but rather someone else, but I got a lift anyway. Caught taxi rather than shuttle back to airport as timing suited me better… short distance and <2000 via Yandex go app. Also 15,000 in local currency required for deposit, but refunded promptly on checkout once room / minibar checked.

The room was great, cleaned with good furniture. The service in the restaurant (breakfast) was excellent. Check-in/ Check-out process was good and quick. WiFi connectivity was good. Value for money.

Royal Park was a good hotel 20 min away from the airport. They provide free airport pickup and drop. The food and drinks in their in-house restaurant were delicious and inexpensive. Overall, value for the location and price paid.
